What’s Covered
Every order, every time. Your drinks arrive complete and undamaged, or The Can Man makes it right. If you receive a punctured can, a missing slab, or the wrong flavour in your delivery, that is on The Can Man.
For local Brisbane and South East Queensland orders, the guarantee also covers temperature. Those orders should arrive cold from the tray. If they do not, The Can Man has not done the job properly.
How to Claim
If something is off, do not stress. Email The Can Man or send a message on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery. Include a quick photo of the issue so the team can review it and sort the next step.
The Can Man will organise a refund or replacement where needed. However, if in doubt, call 0494 00 412 and talk it through with a human.
